AMC for OWC and compost machines

Planned inspections can help catch wear and operating problems early. For an existing machine, we first check its condition. Any restoration needed to make it serviceable is quoted separately before the preventive AMC begins.

Do you repair OWC machines made by other companies?

Yes. We service COMPOSTO machines and OWC / compost machines from other makers. Send a photo of the machine nameplate and control panel so we can check the parts before visiting.

What does an OWC machine AMC include?

We first assess the machine. Existing faults and restoration are quoted separately unless expressly included. The preventive AMC can then cover planned checks of the shredder, drive, heater, sensors and panel. Visit frequency and parts cover are confirmed in the quotation.

What should I send to get a quick diagnosis?

A photo of the full machine, a photo of the control panel, a short video of the fault, the machine capacity if known and your city. WhatsApp is the fastest way to share these.

My machine keeps tripping. Should I keep resetting it?

No. Repeated resetting can burn the motor or damage the shredder. Switch the machine off, note what happened just before the trip and contact a technician.
